Please be informed that with immediate effect from 1st January 2010, all exports shipment entering to Bandar Abbas Port / Iran under wooden packing materials (pallets, boxes, cases, crates… incl. dunnage) must be under conditions of ISPM-15, all must be fumigated with Methyl Bromide and marked with International Plant Protection Convention ( IPPC ) logo and appropriate country code designating the location of treatment.

Below countries already joint to this convention :

Argentine, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chili, China, Colombia, Europe, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Oman, Peru, Philippine, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, Syria, Iran.

If any cargo failed to comply the above requirements, the shipment will be strictly unacceptable and returned to origin port.
